Our pastry chef, Avigayil Simons, has been making beautiful edible creations for events for over 10 years. Even as a child, Avigayil loved spending time in the kitchen baking and decorating cakes. After taking extensive courses in the culinary arts, she decided to turn her hobby into a career. Avigayil’s passion is designing and creating petit-fours and miniatures that are as pleasing to the palate as they are to the eye. Her cakes and miniatures have graced the tables of weddings, engagement parties and formal dinners. She looks forward to working with you to make your event special!
